Good morning! Hope your week has been well! Today I wanted to discuss the valleys we all experience in our lives. These valleys can be challenging and we all have different ways of getting through these times. Today’s question: how you get through these valleys?

Me: I reply on God and my community. In both cases when I spend time with either God or my community, I have a sense of peace and joy. And it is this peace and joy that gets me through the valley and provides me hope for better days!
