One photo shoot. Twenty-two images featured. One Houston home getting some well-deserved attention. 📸✨

We love seeing where the work we create for our clients ends up, and this time, it’s in the Houston Business Journal.

620 Stoneleigh Drive was recently featured among Houston’s most expensive home sales for the week of September 27, with 22 TK Images photographs taking readers inside the renovated French Provincial residence.

Originally built in 1964, the 4,622-square-foot home pairs its classic architecture with a beautifully updated interior featuring rich oak floors, designer finishes, a cast stone fireplace, an oversized kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and a backyard complete with a covered patio and pool.

Sometimes the biggest selling point of a property isn’t something you can capture standing in the driveway. 📍🚁

That’s exactly why aerial photography deserves a place in your real estate marketing strategy.

For a property like 24 Crestwood Drive, the story goes far beyond the home itself. Set on more than half an acre within a private gated enclave near Memorial Park, this property includes expansive grounds, a pool and spa, poolside pavilion, summer kitchen, sprawling lawn, and surrounding setting that are difficult to fully understand from ground-level photography alone.
