ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – CONSUMER BEWARE

Dealing with Fred Loya Insurance has been nothing short of a nightmare. We were hit by their insured driver in early May, and it’s now SEPT—we are STILL getting the runaround. Their communication is awful, their representatives are unprofessional, and their customer service is nonexistent.

If you're thinking about using Fred Loya Insurance, DON'T.

If you find yourself in an accident with one of their clients, good luck! Save yourself the frustration and hire an attorney immediately.

Fred Loya Insurance will do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility.

This company is truly awful in every way, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.
