Me headed towards success. Everyday I think about where I am and where I want to be. I push my and my business to find its limitations then I push some more. This year will be a year I push even further. What goals do you have this year? I’d love to hear them.

I would consider myself a portrait artist but it is challenging to capture my subject in the way I see them rather than how they see themselves. Because I prefer to illuminate what I find remarkable about someone -something they may not recognize in themselves. I did the same thing as a painter. The relationship between the artist and the subject is an intimate one if only for a moment. In that moment I am allowed to see someone as they are to me. So in a set of photos those photos where I made that connection arethe photos I end up liking the most. I rarely post those but I think I will going forward. How do you want photographers to capture you…as you see yourself or how they see you?
