So if you know anything about my last post, you know the horror I went through from losing Wedding Inquiries. I did the calculations and I missed 22 Submission emails for potential events! Although I’m gutted, God started showering me with blessings soon after. I booked an amazing couple for an intimate wedding in May. And I also just booked a beautiful Vow Renewal in Key Largo, FL!!! I can’t wait to see what else He has in store for me. 🤍

Just a quick post about how my website platform almost PLAYED ME (for the entire year)!! So I get a message today on IG inquiring about a wedding (saying that they had filled out a contact form on my website). I went back to my email and looked and there was nothing there from my site. Then I sent a test email from my website (from me) and I still didn’t get any notifications about an inquiry in my inbox. I took the time to chat with that platform and ask them why I wasn't receiving inquiries and was told that there was a glitch on their end. And between them and Yahoo, all of my inquiries were being BLOCKED! Here I was thinking that something was “off” about my business (because I wasn’t receiving submission emails) and it was a technical issue the entire time. The platform not-to-be-named sent me a long list (about 6 months worth) of all of the inquiries that I never received, and BOY was I hot. I missed the opportunity to meet and photograph a lot of beautiful couples and go on some pretty rad adventures in documenting their wedding. I guess this just goes to show that I’m not lacking and that I truly am living in my purpose by being a Creative. So apologies to those I didn’t get to, but I’m BACK OPERATIONAL again.
