Thanks to all who came out to our going out of business sale these last few weeks, it was great seeing our old friends and some new faces! Thank you for your support throughout the years. Sale is still ongoing! While we have sold through most of our cameras and rental equipment, we still have a bunch of camera accessories and some higher end items. This decision comes as the company concludes a remarkable journey in the photography/video retail/rental industry, leaving behind a legacy of outstanding customer service and a commitment to providing the highest quality products.

Since its inception in 1983, Prime Camera has been at the forefront of meeting the needs of photographers/videographers of all levels. Offering an extensive range of cameras, lenses, accessories, and expert advice. Prime Camera has been a reliable source for photographers/videographers looking to capture their most cherished moments with precision and artistry.

Our team at Prime Camera is deeply grateful for the incredible support we have received from our loyal customers, suppliers, and partners over the past years. It has been an extraordinary journey, and we are immensely proud of the trust and confidence placed in us by the photography/video community. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen challenges in the current market landscape, we have made the difficult decision to close our business.

Hey y’all, heads up we’ll be closed for rentals this coming week, July 24th - 29th, to conduct inventory. The store will still be open during this time for equipment drop-offs and sales. We will also be completely closed on Saturday July 29th. Rentals will resume the following Monday July 31st. Have a great week!

Good morning everyone!

With Prime Camera being open again, we have a few new rules/procedures for everyone to follow to ensure the safety of you guys as well as our employees.

1) You will be able to enter the store ONLY to pick up rental equipment

2) Our employees will be wearing mask and gloves when handing the equipment off
(we ask if you can also wear a mask upon entering the building, this is not mandatory but as a courtesy to our employees this is greatly appreciated)

3) You will not be able to use our restroom if/when entering the store

4) *You MUST fill out your rental order before entering the store
(for now, the building is open for only pick ups and drop offs)

*Update Everyone!*

We are reopening Monday, May 4th at reduced capacity at our regular hours from 9AM to 5PM on weekdays and 10AM to 3PM on Saturday.
Please make all orders online at primecamera.com and we will bring your equipment to the front of the store.
Additionally, we are sanitizing all equipment during pick-up and drop-off to keep everyone safe.
