Church was so good today. 🤍 Starting this year by finding a new church home and getting back aligned with my walk with Christ feels so renewing. Today’s word was Locked In—a powerful reminder of how Daniel’s intentional prayer life moved God on his behalf. He prayed faithfully, gave God his time, and even in the lion’s den, God shut the mouths of the lions because He knew Daniel was a faithful servant.

It reminded me that prayer, fasting, and obedience aren’t just things we do—they’re who we are. What has my attention determines my direction, so I’m choosing to lock in, make room for God, and draw closer so I can clearly hear the Holy Spirit. If conviction comes, obedience has to follow—because growth requires surrender.

I absolutely love Hope City. If you’re looking for a church home in Houston, Texas, this is a non-denominational church where all nationalities are welcome. The hospitality, the community, the prayer groups—everything is intentional. From ample parking to an actual shuttle bus, there’s truly no excuse not to be in the house of God when a church is making room for you to show up.

I left feeling encouraged, renewed, and full. Thank You, Jesus. 🙏🏽🤍

I don’t say this lightly—I truly believe this year is different. This year is for everyone who felt overlooked, underappreciated, or like their time hadn’t come yet.

God is bringing our gifts to the forefront. He said our gifts shall make room for us, and I believe this is that year. The shy ones, the quiet ones, the faithful ones—we’re stepping into the light.
