Raise your hand if you struggle with negative self-talk!!

✋I am 1000% guilty of this. These exact thoughts I'm sharing with you are ones that I struggle to re-wire often.

It took me a LONG time to realize that our words are powerful and they can either destroy us, or help us transform.

Self Love isn't the easiest in a world where we are conditioned to be martyrs.

Taught selflessness and prioritizing other's needs above our own.

There is nothing wrong with being a good person and loving deeply, but it should never come at the cost of your self and well being.

Instead of feeling guilty, selfish or indulgent in terms of self love and care, try envisioning just how much more meaningful the love you share will be when you know how to love yourself first.

You are able to hold way more space when you leave room for yourself too. I promise!

I'm learning to love myself, and be my own friend.

One of THE HARDEST lessons you will ever have to learn in this life, is the lesson of loving your self.

I'm telling you to be your own damn friend. So much of our overwhelm and anxiety comes from measuring our worth externally.

No one else will ever be able to make you feel truly loved or happy if you don't first find love and happiness within.

Welcome to one of my soul projects!! It's me, Siena, and I am so happy you are here!!

Do you ever feel like you’ve spent SO much of your life looking for the light at the end of the tunnel? Feeling like you will find it if you just keep going, even when deep down you have no idea how you will even be able to manage that under the pressure of hopelessness and overwhelm that you are continually met with?

Sometimes, it’s the light at the end of the tunnel that is crippling us. When all along, we’ve been called to pause in the middle of the chaos and darkness and look for the light within.

The more we look inward, the smaller the NEED for outside saving and validation becomes. It is okay to sit with yourself in silence and it becomes easier the more we take back control.

We take back control when we learn to let go.

This account will be one of my outlets for deep self love and connection.

I hope you check back often and slide into my DMs from time to time. You're never alone my friend!
