Strawberry Matchata 🍓 or Strawberry Matcha with Horchata. I saw this drink at the farmers market the other weekend and had to make it at home. While you could use jam as a shortcut, it's so much better to make your own strawberry compote. The recipe from Amanda Smallwood | everyday breakfast & baking, elevated is so good! For the horchata, you can make your own or sub in Kern's. I used republicoftea for the matcha. Happy Saturday!
