He does a great job negotiating deals for buyers and walking them through the process of buying a home. He has been licensed since January 2003. He is the Managing Broker of the House Springs Office for our Company. - Natasha Maher - she is our Licensed Transaction Coordinator, as well as our Marketing Director. As a transaction coordinator she helps make sure the paper side of the transaction is smooth and in order. As a marketing director she comes up with all our social media posts, mailings, and much more. She has been licensed since December 2012. She received her Broker Salesperson License in 2018.
- Denise Rayfield - she is a go-getter. She works with both sellers and buyers. She will be there when you need her most. Denise is a property hunter, she will find what you need! She likes to drive and likes to look at farm property. There is something about old buildings that she likes. She has strong compassion for her clients and builds a good relationship with that turns into friendships. She has been licensed since July 2012.
- Matt Fakes - we call him the Team Jokester. Don’t let that fool you, he is very knowledgeable with the home buying process. As well, he has construction in his background which really helps when buyers are viewing homes and they have questions. He has been licensed since February 2014. - Leslie Roycraft - she is our Executive Administrator. She helps with a lot of different tasks throughout the office.
