Personally, I love a client who has a Pinterest board ready! ✨

I’m a Pinterest girly, like I literally have Pinterest boards for everything. My garden, crafts, photo shoot ideas, meal ideas, house projects, you name it. It helps me to visualize a plan even though it usually doesn’t turn out like the original pin. 📌 which is okay! That’s the creative process at work.

I met up with Mara from “Mara in Memphis” for a quick branding session on Broad. We stopped at City & State for an iced latte to beat the TN heat & off we went wandering around Broad Ave.

I’ve gotta say that Broad Ave is such a unique street! This was my first time exploring it & I was pleasantly surprised to find lots of character! There are buildings with a vintage feel, super cute local shops, & murals painted by local artists. All of which served as wonderful back drops for our photoshoot.

The spontaneity of just going out and stopping wherever we wanted was refreshing! I would say that this was less of a planned out session & more of a creative adventure! One that I think I needed. ✨

It was also so inspiring to meet Mara! Not only is her maximalist style killer, but she is so incredibly kind & personable. 🩷
