This handsome senior may have started his session a little on the quiet side, but it was so fun watching him relax and open up as we worked our way through the evening!

And can we talk about the suit?! I always love when a senior brings a little dressed-up style to their session—and those curls certainly didn't hurt either. 😉

We photographed everything right at his home, and with such a beautiful property, we had no shortage of great spots to work with. We even got sweet Sadie in front of the camera for a few. 🐾

A little sneak peek for one very sweet family who has been so incredibly patient while I've been spending time with family.

We had the best afternoon splashing in the creek, fishing (or at least pretending 😉), and making memories.

I have to admit, one of my favorite moments wasn't even captured in a photo. Throughout the session, sweet little Keigan wanted to hold my hand while we explored the creek, splashed in the water, and even did a little fishing. Then, as we were getting ready to leave, he looked at me and said I was his "best friend." Moments like that are gifts I'll never forget.

Pregnancy looks beautiful on her... but pure joy looks even better.

Who says maternity sessions have to be all flowing dresses and flower fields?

Sometimes they're swimsuits.
Sometimes they're splash pads.
And sometimes they're filled with the biggest laughs of the day.

The moment Madi suggested getting in her bikini and going to the splash pad to play, I knew these were going to be some of my favorite images from our day together.

There is something so special about documenting this season of life in a way that feels completely genuine. Years from now, these won't just be maternity photos—they'll be a reminder of the excitement, laughter, and anticipation before she met the little one who was already changing her world.

I have a feeling this baby is going to have one very fun mama. 🩵💦

His gallery has officially been delivered, and I have to admit... I'm a little sad I won't be seeing this sweet little face on my screen every day.

This session was everything I love about photographing little ones—no pressure, no perfect poses, just exploring, splashing, throwing rocks, and discovering the world one tiny adventure at a time.

To all my clients… your images will not be used by AI, I have turned this feature off!!!

Your public Instagram photos could now be used to create someone else's AI-generated images.

Meta's new Muse Image model lets users generate images using the likeness of anyone with a public Instagram account simply by tagging their profile in a prompt.

The feature is rolling out in the U.S. as part of Meta's latest AI push, but it's already drawing backlash because public accounts are automatically opted in.

If you don't want your photos used this way, you can turn off "Allow people to reuse your content" under Sharing and Reuse in your Instagram settings.

This morning was one of those sessions I'll remember for a long time. ❤️

I've photographed Barrett several times, and it's always fun, but today may have been my favorite yet.

Armed with the cutest little fishing pole (handcrafted by my hubby ❤️), Barrett was soon splashing, exploring, "fishing," and throwing rocks—exactly what little boys are supposed to do.

One of my favorite things about photographing little ones is that they don't have to sit perfectly still or smile on command. Some of the sweetest memories come from simply letting them explore, play, and be exactly who they are. Those are the moments parents remember years later—and they're often the reason little ones can't wait to come back and see me again.
