One chapter ends, another begins...

After several years with a studio I made the decision to close down the studio.

It does not mean that I'm stopping photography. What it means is that I can lower my prices.

I'm so excited to be able to offer reduced prices while still maintaining the quality and professionalism I am known for.

Bo***ir will be the once exception. You can either provide your own space, or pay the day rate at one of my locations.

I have my feet firmly planted into two careers - mental health AND photography. This week, I’ve noticed how quickly political disagreement - especially around what’s happening in Minneapolis -has turned into harsh, personal interactions between professionals in both genres. Attacks, often hiding behind Facebook's ability to post anonymously, are getting personal and often mean spirited.

It’s possible to hold strong, differing views without attacking one another’s integrity or humanity. Behind every post, title, and opinion is a real person doing their best in a complex moment.

I hope we can slow down, listen more carefully, and model the kind of professional discourse that leaves room for dignity, curiosity, and respect—even when we don’t agree.
