According to Sicilian legend, the sea nymph Galatea lived along the coast of Aci Trezza, where the Mediterranean meets black volcanic rock beneath the shadow of Mount Etna.
A place of myths and fishermen, espresso and granita, long afternoons by the sea and evenings that begin with an aperitivo.
It’s a little piece of Sicily we wanted to bring with us to Waikīkī.
Caffè Galatea brings together our love for Italian caffè culture, cocktails, food, and the simple pleasure of spending time around a table.
And this is where our story began.
