I feel there is no better quote to describe Christy. Every time we meet up the fun and cafe free vibes of the shoot is something else. Her zest for life and care free attitude always inspires me. After every shoot with her I honestly feel inspired, free and just ready to push forward. Stoked we met by chance on her visit to Hawaii and remained in contact and as friends. Surround yourself with those who push and inspire you. People who make you feel your potential is unlimited.

It’s so refreshing to do cosplay from time to time cause the work that goes into each of these characters is unbelievable. Also during a shoot they need to embody each character and that takes major studying. Cosplayers many times don’t calm themselves models but in reality they they are and work just as hard. Also might I add, look just as stunning!!!

I mean look at my friend Lisa! She really got me into cosplay photography and can’t thank her enough.

Beyond stoked for this series and happy I was able to do it with a friend. The whole point of this series was to show that can celebrate the body and it’s curves without over specializing it’s. The point is to show the body in an artful way. We played with the amazing sunset and used the light to create beautiful shadows to show curves as well as create mystery. I think we did a pretty good job and we had so much fun doing it.

I can’t believe i leave tomorrow! I am beyond stoked to meet up with Christie again to create dope art in LA!
Last time we shot was about a year ago at a meet up with and her team from and the drive out to north shore was well worth it to meet with truly genuine people that would forever change how I went about photography.

Who would’ve thought we would become so close after our first shoot during her visit here. We honestly bonded after she called me a “c**t” which, if you didn’t know, is a word endearment in New Zealand. It was at that moment we knew we’d be friends lol 😂. She is one of my overprotective sisters and have been there for each other through thick and thin. I can’t wait to visit New Zealand in December!
