Six months is such a sweet spot. 🤍

Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be worth remembering.

The house may be messy. The laundry may be waiting. Baby may have skipped a nap, spit up on the outfit you carefully picked, or decided that your perfectly planned schedule simply doesn’t apply to them. 😅

Come anyway.

At six months, there’s so much personality beginning to shine through—the big eyes, gummy smiles, little expressions, curiosity, and those delicious baby rolls that won’t be here forever.

You don’t need the perfect moment.

This is the moment.

Six months is one of my favorite ages to photograph because your baby is changing right before your eyes. Let’s preserve who they are right now—not when everything is perfect.

Because someday, this little face will be one of the things you miss most. 🤍

These are the days that feel long while you’re living them—and disappear way too fast once they’re gone.

You don’t need perfect outfits.
You don’t need a perfectly behaved baby.
You don’t even need to know what to do in front of the camera.

Just bring your people. I’ll take care of the rest. 🤎

Pregnancy is such a short chapter in the story of motherhood—and sometimes we don’t realize just how beautiful this season was until it has already passed.

That’s why I believe your maternity portraits should be more than photographs of your growing belly.

They should capture you.

Your beauty.
Your strength.
Your anticipation.
The woman you were just before everything changed.

When was the last time you were actually in the family pictures—not taking them?

Not a selfie.

Not a quick phone picture.

Not standing in the background worrying about how you look.

We’re so good at documenting everyone else that sometimes we forget that we are part of the story too.
