THEY ARE MARRIED! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Carnahan! Casey and Lee have been planning their wedding day for some time now, but it was SO worth the wait! These two planned such a beautiful wedding day at surrounded by the people who they love most, and I’m so honored that my team and I were able to be a part of their special day!

Casey and Lee wanted to have a relaxed, fun and joy-filled wedding day, and THEY DID! From taking the morning slow with their wedding party, a timeline that went right on schedule, to dancing the night away with their guests, they were able to be fully present, together, on their wedding day!

Also, they have some of the sweetest family and friends who loved and cared for them throughout their wedding day, and it was so awesome to witness the closeness they share with their loved ones!

Casey and Lee, I am beyond happy for you! I cannot wait to share more from your wedding day on the blog soon! Enjoy every moment of newlywed life, and have so much fun in Antigua!

Now introducing . . . Mr. and Mrs. Leslie!! Samantha and Logan had their dream fall wedding last weekend at LaMassaria at Bella Vista Golf Course! It was an honor to be a part of it all, and it is absolutely not possible for me to sum up their wedding day in one Instagram post!

Samantha and Logan got engaged in 2020, and they have been planning every detail of their wedding day since. I could not wait to see everything they had been working so hard for come together!

If you know Samantha and Logan personally you already know that they are some of the most thoughtful, caring and fun people to be around! They love deeply and celebrate BIG, and that was completely evident as I saw them interact with their family and friends!

There were so many tender moments that took place on their wedding day, as well! From Samantha’s first look with her dad (everyone was crying!), Logan seeing Samantha for the first time that day walking down the aisle, the emotional toasts, etc., and I could go on and on! They have so many people in their lives who love and support them! What a blessing!

They also had the most perfect October weather! I could not believe how warm it was on their wedding day, and the leaves had already changed color just in time for their special day! I cannot get over their bride and groom portraits! The light was so warm and bright, and I cannot wait for you to see their full blog post soon!

Samantha and Logan, thank you SO much for having me there to capture your wedding day and the start of your marriage! I’m so happy for you, and I hope you’re having the best time in Nashville!

Last night, I met Casey and Lee for their engagement session at Peace Valley Park, and they absolutely rocked their session, despite the rainy weather! When we first arrived, the rain started to really pick up again, but Casey and Lee embraced the elements (literally!)!

When my couples are flexible and relaxed during unpredictable weather, I know right away that we're going to have a great time together, and WE DID! We even got to use bubble umbrellas at the very beginning of their session, and these photos are some of my absolute favorites from their session! So fun!

The park also means so much to them and their relationship, and I’m so glad we were able to document their portraits at a place that means so much to them!

Lee serves in the Air National Guard, and he and Casey were recently reunited after being apart for nine months, so you better believe there was immense joy and laughter throughout their entire session!

We had the best time together! If this is how their engagement session went, I can only imagine how amazing their wedding day will be at Brandywine Manor House next year!! I’m SO excited!!

Introducing Mr. and Mrs. McCausland!

Katie and Connor are MARRIED!!, and their dream wedding became a reality last weekend, as family and friends from all over the country came to PA to celebrate with them at Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center! They had been anticipating this day, and they were so excited to become husband and wife! Every detail of their wedding day was so elegant and it was so wonderful to see all of their planning come together!

They also had the most perfect July weather for their wedding day! It could have been hot (it was humid) but not too unbearable for typical July weather. Even though a little rain came through later, Katie and Connor were up for taking portraits outside, and sneaking out during the reception for some sunset portraits! I love when my couples are flexible and they are willing to get a little wet for photos! It is ALWAYS worth it!

A moment from their wedding day I will always remember is their first dance! It was choreographed, and Katie and Connor did such an incredible job! They were originally not going to do a lift that was part of the original choreography, BUT Connor surprised Katie mid-dance and picked her up anyways! I am so glad he did because the smile that was captured on Katie's face was pure joy (scroll to the last photo to see!)

Katie and Connor, thank you for having me there to capture the special moments of your wedding day! I hope you're having the best time in St. Lucia right now!

Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Caro!! Tina and John had their dream black-tie wedding last weekend, and I cannot stop reminiscing about their special day!

From the moment my team and I arrived, Tina and John made us feel like honorary bridesmaids! LITERALLY! They are people you want to be around all of the time because they love big and care deeply about others! You could absolutely tell by the way their friends and family talked about them as individuals and as a couple throughout the day!

The weather was pretty warm day-of, but that didn’t stop us from capturing stunning portraits! Tina and John really loved the classy formal interior of French Creek Golf Club, so we took advantage of the opportunity to beat the heat and stay inside. Except when it came to their sunset portraits, of course!

As my team and I were leaving for the night, their officiant (who they’ve known for years!) was walking out at the same time. He was sharing with us how incredible of a couple Tina and John are together, and how he cannot wait to see what the future has in store for them. How sweet!

Tina and John, thank you SO much for having me there to capture your special day!

Sarah and Mario are MARRIED! This past weekend, they celebrated with 200+ of their family and friends at Flourtown Country Club, and it was such an AMAZING and JOYFUL day! Family and friends mean the world to them, and they planned a day that would allow them to spend as much time as they could with their guests!

I have been looking forward to their wedding day ALL year because Sarah and Mario are two people who love to have fun, and who make you feel so welcomed and cared for!

One moment of their wedding day I will never forget is Mario’s reaction to seeing Sarah during their first look! He was in awe of her, and it was such an emotional moment to capture! Also, we cannot forget about their adorable pup, Amos, who was their ring bearer for the day, and who made a special appearance during portraits and the ceremony!

Sarah and Mario, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day! I am BEYOND happy for you, and I hope you’re having a blast in Italy right now!

Mary and Lee had their dream wedding day last weekend, and it was such an incredible honor to be a part of it all!

They planned an intimate wedding with 60 of their closest family and friends at ! Guests came from all over the country AND Europe to witness the start of their marriage!

One aspect of their wedding day that stood out to me the most was how Mary and Lee were inseparable on their wedding day! When they were at cocktail hour, they were together. When they were talking to guests, they were together. When they were on the dance floor, they were together. They wanted to experience every exciting moment of their wedding day TOGETHER, and that was so awesome to see!

Mary and Lee are so kind, thoughtful and FUN! I adore this incredible couple so much, and I could not be more happy to share sneak peeks from their spring wedding day!

Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Pope! I hope you’re having the best time in Ireland right now!

Sheila and Mike waited 900+ days to get married, and you better believe that they celebrated BIG with their family and friends! They planned the wedding of their literal dreams, and it was such an honor to be a part of it all!

Ever since their first date during their senior year at VU, the college campus has been such a special place for them and they’ve celebrated many milestones in their relationship at VU. From the first time they met, their first date, and getting engaged at the fountain! There wasn't a doubt in their mind that the campus would hold one of their most important memories which would be becoming husband and wife!

Through the planning process, I had asked Sheila and Michael what they were looking forward to the most on their wedding day, and they said, "Getting to see all of the people we love and who support us in one room to celebrate our marriage!" After such a long wait, this finally came to be, and I could not be more happy for them!

Sheila and Michael make everyone around them feel loved and cared for, and that is exactly how they made all of their guests feel (and my team and I!) on THEIR wedding day! They are beyond selfless and SO thoughtful! We had so much fun, and I did not want their day to end!!

Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Bubnick!! YOU'RE MARRIED! Have the best time on your honeymoon!

William Penn Inn wedding in the winter in Gwynedd, PA photographed by PA wedding photographer Renee Nicolo Photography.

01/28/2022

Hi friends!! I’m returning to social media (after a much needed hiatus!) by sharing sneak peeks from my FIRST wedding of 2022! Last weekend, I had the honor of kicking off the wedding season with Carolyn and Sean’s winter wedding at the William Penn Inn!

Carolyn shared with me that it has always been her dream to get married at the William Penn Inn! As a little girl, she remembers driving by the white lights on the trees and hoping she would get married there one day, and she did!

January weather in PA can be very cold and unpredictable . . . like it is today! The weather on their wedding day was SO cold (27 degrees was the high and 7 degrees was the low!) BUT Carolyn and Sean were totally up for braving the frigid weather to ensure they got beautiful photos! I am so thankful for couples who are flexible and prioritize photography on their wedding day!

Their portraits were taken during the most stunning golden-winter sunset, followed by outdoor portraits once it got dark with the sparkly trees surrounding the inn! It was so worth it being out in the cold to capture their portraits!

ALSO, their first dance is one I will ALWAYS remember! It was the most fun and energetic first dance I have ever witnessed! Their guests were cheering and singing along, while Carolyn and Sean danced around the dance floor for the first time as husband and wife!! It was such a fun celebration!

Carolyn and Sean are so thoughtful and kind, and it was an honor to serve them and photograph their January wedding!

Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. McCartney!!

I am SO excited to share sneak peeks from my last session of 2021! This year flew by! Mary and Lee are in town from Nashville for the week, and I am so glad that we were able to squeeze in their session while they were in PA! I could not wait to meet these two in person!

Their session took place at Peace Valley Park, and we had the most perfect fall weather, too! They visit the park whenever they’re in PA and it means so much to them! It was THE PERFECT spot for their engagement photos! We had such gorgeous golden light, too!

Mary and Lee met during the pandemic, got engaged in Sedona shortly after and they are now getting married in May 2022! I absolutely love their love story! I’m counting down the days until I can spend more time with Mary and Lee! They are so sweet!

For now, enjoy some of my favorite images from their session, and stay tuned for the full blog post, too!

Have a happy Thanksgiving, friends!
