Life's been a little crazy with traveling and the restart of school, but we found a few minutes to sneak away to Longwood Gardens and take my little sister's senior photos. She brought a bouquet and a flower crown along that she not only made, but grew the flowers for. She's one incredible entrepreneur!

I'm attempting to wrap up all my editing before school starts next week. So far I have a wedding to finish, family session, and a senior session (happening tonight). 🤸🏼‍♀️ Pictured here is darling Kiara, who I photographed a few months ago as a newborn. 😍

And happiest of news--I received my student teaching placements! I am ecstatic about finally getting into the music classroom, especially after the past year. Send all the prayers and coffee!

I used to abhor editing, but my new presets have me hooked! Also, Marcus and Jewel are absolutely beautiful, and I enjoy seeing their faces on my screen. Also, new laptop. So you see, there are many reasons to enjoy editing (and forsake homework, oops). Anyone else make the switch to Mac and wonder why it took so long? 🙋🏾‍♀️
