what most of you didn’t know:
I’ve been on for the past 9 months
& here’s what that looked like for me:

2. a day without stretching = a day like a granny
3. the casual nosebleeds according to extreme dryness
4. the sobriety
5. even my omelettes looked depressed
6. sticking to the routine... just not the same results
7. dry eyes. every. single. day
8. comfort food made me smile though!
9. not growing muscle, but growing ass instead
10. honestly, wouldn’t have made it through without my Vaseline NL
11. hydrating the outside to compensate for the inside, 2x a week
12. checking the tiniest changes in the mirror every day
13. but then I started to get needy
14. popping a simple pimple turned into this massive blister
15. at least the vaseline gave me longer lashes

so sorry for the radiosilence everyone, especially to my loved ones. let’s hope it was worth the while! I’m here to make my comeback 🫶🏼 hopefully with a sexyback xx
