Happy Independence Day🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

Today I’m grateful for faith, family, and the freedoms we often take for granted. Praying for our country, honoring those who fought to protect our liberty, and wishing everyone a safe and blessed Fourth of July.

The thing nobody tells you before family photos....

Nobody shows up to family photos feeling completely prepared.

Someone is worried about how the kids will behave.
Someone is convinced they won't smile.
Someone is wondering if it's even worth the effort.

And somehow those sessions always end up becoming some of my favorites. 🤍

Some of my favorite images happen in the quiet moments when you're simply focused on each other. 🤍

One of the biggest things I hear before a session is, "We're awkward in front of the camera."

Good news: that's literally my specialty.

My job isn't to make you pose like models. It's to help you relax enough to be yourselves.

Are you team "I love photos" or team "please don't make me pose"? 😂

Long weekends always remind me how fast life moves 🥺🤍

The cookouts, sticky popsicle hands, kids running through the yard, family all together in one place — those little moments somehow become the ones we miss most later.

Take the photos. Get in them too 🤍
