A photo from a newborn session… without the newborn baby in it 😉
That’s the difference between a first baby and a second (or third, or fourth). It’s not just about the tiny newborn anymore, there are siblings (sometimes more!) who are just as much a part of the story.
Overnight, you’ve grown from a couple with a child into a family.
For siblings, welcoming a baby brother or sister is just as exciting. And just as big of a change.
During a newborn session with siblings, their experience matters too. So much in their world has shifted, and naturally, a lot of attention goes to the newborn.
That’s why I focus just as much on the siblings (and on you as a family ) as I do on the baby.
It might mean playing hide-and-seek, reading a book with dad, or taking a little break to play while we capture those baby photos.
Because these sweet, in-between moments belong in your newborn session just as much as the classic newborn portraits do.
