Small rescues don’t always have big mailing lists, large donor bases or thousands of social media followers.
What they do have is a group of dedicated people trying to make a difference—one dog at a time.
Cobie’s Cottage rescues small senior dogs from high-kill and rural shelters. It also helps senior citizens facing life-changing circumstances find new homes for senior dogs they can no longer care for.
The 2027 Pet Calendar Contest is an important fundraiser for this work, but we need more people to see it.
