I bet you were wondering if I still exist :)
Yes, I do! I don't shoot often due to each year my body hurting a bit more but I still take on a few sessions each year! Sometimes I don't share the photos due to them being special announcements or christmas cards, sometimes its sheer laziness on not wanting to be on social media!
I couldn't reisist this time! Mom said yes and to pick which ones, well it was defintiely a challenge! This was the best I could narrow down! What a gorgeous family!
My favorite thing about photographing families is watching the love for each other as they interact! I'm finding as time goes on, my favorites are candid, not planned, just moments that happen and sneak up very quickly! The one of the little one kissing baby bro, I love it! I was focused only on the newborn part of the shoot at the end of the night and she couldn't resist sneaking over for a kiss! My heart!!!
I know I don't typically shoot newborn photography at all anymore and almost turned down this opportunity. I was worried it would be too strenuous especially with the other siblings being so tiny! I am so glad I said yes because I would have missed all of these precious moments! ALSO.....MOM CROCHETED A HARRY POTTER BLANKET AND BROUGHT PROPS! I can't get over how magical the whole shoot was! Bubbles, Rainbows, Magic, Harry Potter, and love between a gorgeous family.....my heart is full!
