The Office Surety Storage will be Closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day. In addition to Labor Day our office will be Closed on Saturday, September 5th to allow our office and staff to spend time with family and friends. Our gates will remain accessible to current storage tenants from 7am-7pm. If you have an immediate request, please contact our office via email at: [email protected]. Our upper gate is currently inaccessible.

Our operator service has diagnosed the issue and parts were ordered. We anticipate that the upper gate will be repaired by the end of the day on Thursday, August 31st.

If you are a current storage tenant your gate code is also programmed in the lower (main) gate and can be accessed between the hours of 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week.

Until the upper gate is repaired please use the lower gate to gain access to your storage unit.

We will send an update when the upper gate is repaired.

We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we repair our gate system.
