Join us for Senior Night as we honor and celebrate our seniors and their families for their dedication, leadership, and countless contributions to our program and school community!

We are proud of the commitment, hard work, and heart these students have shown throughout their high school careers, and we look forward to recognizing them in a special ceremony before the varsity game.

Come out and support your Mountaineers as we take on the Belt Huskies!

I know this is late, but we had a player join the team late and I have been trying to get the team photo retaken. We still haven't had the entire team present all on the same day due to illness. Hopefully, I get the team photo by the end of this week, but if not, your orders will be filled with the original team photo that is on the banner in the gym. Here is the order form. If this format doesn't work for you please reach out and I will happily send you a pdf copy. Please have orders to the office or to me by next Monday and I will get them filled on Tuesday.

THIS girl! Funny, smart, a little quirky, and ALLLLLLL the fun. She has a deep appreciation for fashion boots that mirrors the very core of my soul. We met in Augusta to capture as much sun as we could in Sun Canyon. It was windy, but undeniably beautiful. Just like her. CONGRATS, Greta, on rocking your senior year in sparkly boots and the perfect shade of lip gloss.

Raise your hand if the crud has made it through your house this past couple weeks??? I thought I had it outrun, but it caught up with me Sunday night. Fever, runny nose, sore throat… you know the drill. I stayed home from school yesterday because I still had a fever which gave me a chance to get caught up on photo orders. That was a bonus. Downside, I sneezed so hard I threw my back out. 40+ is NOT my favorite age. 🤦🏽‍♀️

The last two weeks have been a whirlwind of travel and activity. But we managed to squeeze in pictures of this kid between football practice, rodeos, and all the other things. I have been taking pictures of him since he started kindergarten. It was by luck that his mom found me, but by friendship that we have stuck together all these years. And even though I moved a MILLION miles away, they have patiently waited for me to come home and snap a few senior pictures of this handsome kid. He has the perfect mullet, a deep dedication to football, and a sweet plan for his future! Congrats on being in the class of 2026, Wyatt! It's been an honor to watch you grow up!!

Senior season is upon us!

This hard-working, kind, and handsome kid can't possibly be a senior. But here we are. We caught the perfect window between storms yesterday and captured some images on his family's ranch. Complete with his grandpa's hat and treasured belt. He was such a good sport and got some sweet pictures to show for it! I, personally, can't wait to see all the awesome things he does in Highwood this year and help him get set up for his collegiate adventure!

I have been squirrelled off and neglecting my Buckskin and Blue social media duties! Here is a post-peek of the first senior for the next graduating class.

Greta was cool as a cucumber, an understated beauty, and a very genuinely lovely girl. Her family has been coming to the Highwood Mountains to camp during the summer for three generations. It was fitting to capture her images up there. We also managed to sneak in a few family photos with her mom, Angela, and her brother and sister, Dugan and Marla. It was a relaxed and easy shoot, and those are my favorite kind!
