I was incredibly fortunate to be included in the media cohort for the NASA Artemis II Crew event at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre Monday morning. The sold out crowd of gave the crew a reception and multiple ovations louder than what most musicians get at the venue while they were on stage! Having been at the launch, and watched many hours of the live stream coverage of the mission, seeing and interacting with the crew was pretty surreal! Thank you Lockheed Martin, The Boeing Company, Northrop Grumman Corporation, L3Harris Technologies, and Amentum for hosting such an awesome event!

P-51B, Shillelaugh, basks in early morning light at EAA - The Spirit of Aviation during its first public appearance since being fully restored. AirCorps Aviation absolutely knocked the restoration of this combat veteran with 95 missions out of the park, and the airplane took home Reserve Grand Champion honors as a result. Look for her at Dakota Territory Air Museum. I will post a more detailed look at this beauty in the coming days, so keep your eyes peeled!
