My very last session in the studio before I stepped away for maternity leave. As we got closer to his due date, I was starting to doubt if I would be able to meet this guy. Luckily he came just in time and we were able to take these photos.

When his session was almost over, I really started to get emotional about the fact that I would be taking a break from this for so long. I ADORE my job and I am sad to miss on the summer babies - but ready to meet my own. Thank you for the send off, sweet Daven!

We were supposed to see each other for newborn, 4 months, 8 months and one year, but lucky for me I have amazing clients who are willing to bend the milestones a bit this year as I embark on my own maternity leave. So we were a tad early to seeing each other, but this cutie patootie made it such a great session - regardless of age!

Another lil July baby has broken my heart by wrapping up our first year together too quickly! It was a drizzly, rainy evening, but we stuck it out and I am SO glad we did, the overcast can be such a gift for photo lighting, and we didn't get too wet at all. So worth it, and such a fun cake smash to do outside!

Just when I started to think this guy didn't look much like his sister, he would smile and I could see her face and remember taking her baby photos too! They have their own look, but you can tell these cuties are sibs! I loooooved every shot of Zeke, but especially him getting snuggly on the blanket outside - baseball is exhausting!

One of just a small handful of babies I was able to take on in June, this guy was a perfect angel! Wide awake for most of his session, but perfectly content to pose and look so sweet. Excited I was able get his session in before I headed out on maternity leave!
