Happy Halloween, and happy throwback to one of the coolest work projects I’ve ever done! 🧛

A year ago at Lawrence Public Library, I used a portable backdrop and took photos of each of the “Book Squad” members. I then edited their eyes red and color graded their skin to make them all appear like chilling vamps in Photoshop! Everyone was a good sport and the final product turned out like a movie poster to advertise the community read of Dracula. 🩸

I don’t usually advertise retouching or editing services, but with the shutter on my camera being down for a bit, I’d love to work towards fixing it by offering other services. Feel free to pop into my DMs asking for photo/video edits.

I had the joy of not just staying at but photographing the historic A. M. Minier House in Highland, KS. The 1916 home has an architecture plan by Gustav Stickley and was the perfect cozy country getaway. Don’t just take it from me! These photos are a cottagecore dream. ☁️🧺🏠

What a joy it was taking photos of all of the kiddos stopping by Dottie of Lawrence Public Library at the Lawrence, Ks Juneteenth event in South Park. This little dancing in the bubbles was a highlight of the day. Capturing moments of is a wonder I'll never get over!
