Fall Horse Mini Sessions are here! 🍂🐴

I’ve had so many of you interested in horse minis, and I’m so excited to finally make that happen! I wanted to offer something a little different than the typical fall mini session, and I think this is going to be such a fun, unique experience.

Whether you’d love photos with the horses nearby, in the background, or simply want to take advantage of the beautiful fall scenery around the venue, these sessions are going to be so special! You’ll have the opportunity to get up close to the horses if they’re comfortable with it, but regardless, they’ll make a beautiful backdrop for your photos!

✨ Saturday, October 17th, 2026
✨ White Iris Ranch Venue | Conover, NC
✨ Up to 6 people per session
✨ 20 minute session (Gives you time to photograph around the horses +venue)
✨$200 ($80 non-refundable deposit due to reserve your spot + will be applied toward your session total) Venmo: MacyGrindstaff or Apple Pay/Zelle to 828-228-0148

This past week, my husband, our son, and I headed to Destin, Florida for our family beach vacation + to celebrate my birthday!

As a mom, I was so nervous about the 9 hour drive with a toddler. I prayed over and over that Nash would do well... and he absolutely amazed us. He was incredible on both the drive there and back, and watching him just thrive on the beach was absolutely the best.

We also had family photos taken by the sweetest photographer, Lauren. We were actually supposed to swap sessions, but her family got sick right before our photos. Even so, she still came out and captured these memories for us, and I’m so thankful. They turned out beautifully!! 🤍

Lately, it feels like Nash has grown so much.. not just physically, but in his little personality, the way he talks, and the confidence he carries.

These photos were never meant to be perfectly posed. Give me the candid moments, the laughter, the sandy feet, and even the chaos. Those are the memories I want to hold onto forever.

If you’ve been thinking about booking family photos, let this be your sign. Don’t wait for “the perfect” time.. capture this season exactly as it is. One day, these moments will mean everything. 🥹

A sweet little blessing is on the way 🤍

I’m so excited for Chloe + Justin as they prepare to welcome their precious little one! Two years ago, my husband and I took our own pregnancy announcement photos in this very spot, so capturing this special season for them felt extra meaningful. 🥹

There will be a small picnic like setup — think vintage cottagecore meets a dreamy Hamptons picnic. Super simple yet timeless. You’ll be able to walk around the Shuford House & Gardens to take pictures wherever you want as well! 🧺🍎

The gardens will still be lush and green before fall arrives—making it the perfect backdrop like the ones in this post! I can’t wait to see you + capture these for you! 🥰
