Jasmine and Jen’s engagement session at was the perfect way for all of us to get to know each other and feel comfortable without the high intensity pressure of a wedding day. What I didn’t know then was there was no pressure that these two would bow to - they were so calm, so relaxed, that their wedding day was a gentle breeze. I love when my couples are so wholly in love that I can see it in every movement.

Gallery delivery soon means I can share one of my favorite unexpected moments from the day Sarah and Savannah got married. Vows typed out on their phones, they decided day-of that they wanted them handwritten instead. So with their closest friends and family waiting on them several hundred yards away, they cracked (another) beer and took a moment to write out what they meant to one another.And then, a brief second to touch up her lipstick before the big moment.

Sarah and Savannah planned a path of celebration around downtown Raleigh, their favorite locations before heading to the park with their favorite people. I’m so excited about these sneak peeks, now begins the wait for the scans!

So much love for these sneak peeks of Jasmine and Jen’s impromptu engagement session at . Unfortunately impacted by the current shut down, they were able to visit from PA before their wedding day next month. Walking through the greenhouse and gardens together, I got to see the two of them truly relaxed and how they interact with each other in a low-stress environment. But more than just an engagement session, we just hung out together - got to know each other as people, engaging with our surroundings. I can’t wait for Jasmine and Jen’s wedding day - I know it will be bursting with joy.
