Showing up for your children while you’re struggling to show up for yourself isn’t defeat. It’s a kind of love the world doesn’t always see. ❤️‍🩹

It’s getting out of bed when your heart feels heavy. It’s wiping away your tears before your children notice. It’s making sure they feel safe, loved, and supported, even on the days when you’re silently falling apart.

Some parents are fighting battles nobody knows about, carrying responsibilities that feel impossible, and still finding the strength to give their children the best they can.

That doesn’t mean they’re weak. It means they’re trying, even when life feels overwhelming.

But remember, mama, you deserve the same love, patience, and care you give your children. You don’t have to be strong every second to be a good mother. Your struggles don’t erase your sacrifices, and your exhaustion doesn’t make your love any less powerful.

Sometimes, simply continuing to show up is the bravest thing you can do.

Doing what your heart is so passionately called to do is never a waste 🖤

Not in time, not in energy, and certainly not in purpose. Regardless of recognition, monetary value, or how unseen the work may sometimes feel, there is an immeasurable kind of fulfillment in pouring yourself into something you wholeheartedly love.

It is an honor to be tired and overwhelmed from doing what sets your soul on fire, to give your energy to what gives your life so much meaning, and to show up each day for all the small things and big things your heart feels tugged to do.

They say, “Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life.” And perhaps that doesn’t mean you won’t grow tired or feel exhausted. It means that even on the hardest most challenging days, you know your energy and your LOVE is being spent and poured into something that matters. And for me, being here, doing this work, and loving on these special hearts is a daily reminder of just that. 🌿
