Brides are using AI to find their wedding vendors.
Itās brilliant.
I had a bride book me yesterday who told me she actually used ChatGPT to find her wedding vendors. She searched based on budget, location, and reviews, and ChatGPT recommended me.
I think this is SO interesting. As we know, AI is changing the way couples approach their weddings. I already knew they were using it to help them build graphics for the website, create their save the dates- but had no idea that they were using it to find their vendors, and I think this is a good thing.
Brides are getting recommendations that fit their needs, budgets, and locations, while small businesses like mine have another way to connect with couples who are genuinely looking for what we offer. AI is filtering out what DOESNāT work for them, making them less likely to have decision exhaustion and more likely to book with you.
At the end of the day, itās still about the experience we provide, and the trust we build with our clients. Reviews were important to this specific bride as well because she needed someone SHE COULD TRUST on her special day and my (76) 5 star reviews proved that to her. The way couples FIND us is evolving, and I think itās exciting to be part of that shift.
