Touched down in San Fran on Wednesday for a session I’m still sparkling from ✨☀️

Getting soaked up to my pockets and flying home in damp jeans was 10/10 worth it for these pics!!!!!

Doing these sessions requires a ton of pre-planning. This was a rented peerspace that went above and beyond as a photoshoot location, and the client made up the other 99% of the magic here ❤️✨

These shots tested my practice of simplifying. Forcing you to really hone in on the piece cause there is less around the scene to distract you. The only color is the flash from the labradorite. Admittedly it also felt kinda cool spilling a vial of the remaining polished stoned we sorted thru to find this beauty.

Bonus she bought me the prettiest slab of avocado toast with hot honey, bee pollen, watermelon radish, and flower petals on it -> swipe to the end for proof and maybe a surprise

One final hurrah for my garbage leaf shadow gobo which I made by cutting long leafy slices into a paperboard box and have used in countless sessions for that extra layer of tropical themed fancy. This was its final session because I left it on the floor and Smallcat threw up on it 🥰 Tune in next week for arts n crafts with tab when I inevitably end up making another.
Unrelated, here’s photos of a practice session with a cutie conditioner bar that looks like a rainbow (and also the letter ‘c’ so you’re not confused in the shower) to keep my styling skills limber or to try to establish authority and acquire bread or whatever the kids are doing these days.

My sibling kasper makes incredible jewelry and like, gives it to me??!! Just cuts and hammers and solders and pickle-baths rocks and metal and ta-daaa the prettiest thing I’ve ever seen. This beauty is sterling silver and the flashiest lil labradorite I picked out from our trip to the rock show last year 💎
