That is exactly what we pulled off for the Incentive Partners team at their WeWork office in Lehi. Each person stepped in front of the camera for about 2 minutes, got their headshot, and got right back to their day. No long waits, no disruption, no one missing an hour of a workday for photos.

We photographed the executive team at Extra Space Storage headquarters in Salt Lake City and every single person was between meetings. Our job was to be setup and ready and make sure each executive left confident in their image before heading back to their day.

We had exactly 60 seconds. 😄📸
This group photo for Incentive Partners at the WeWork space in Lehi was a fun one. We set up the whole team, dialed in the lighting, ran our test shots and the owner popped in just long enough to make it work.
Oh, and about 5 people in this photo were actively on calls with their earbuds in. You would never know. 😂
The WeWork space in Lehi is honestly one of our favorite places to shoot. That floor to ceiling window backdrop with the mountains behind it does a lot of the heavy work for us.
💡 Tip: A team photo does not require a perfect, stress-free day where everyone is available and fully present. It requires a good plan, a fast setup, and a photographer who can read the room and execute quickly. That is what we do. 📷

We photographed this Yellowstone actor (Darren Darborough) at Sundance Film Festival in Park City and the intensity in this frame speaks for itself. Actors spend years learning to connect through a lens. It is literally part of their craft.
Most professionals have never had that training. And sometimes it shows in headshots where the eyes look distracted or uncertain.
💡 Tip: The difference between a forgettable headshot and one that stops the scroll is almost always in the eyes. At every session we coach expression and posing from the first frame to the last. You do not need to be an actor to look like you belong in the frame.

Here is something most people never think about before their headshot session: hands. 👇
Including hands in the frame changes the entire feel of an image. It adds personality, warmth, and approachability. Cropping them out keeps things clean, formal, and focused on your face.
Neither is wrong. But choosing intentionally makes a big difference in how your image performs across LinkedIn, your website, and your marketing materials.
