Not long ago, this little Rookie was the one in the belly.

This time Momma brought her Rookie along, who clearly had some very important opinions about this whole maternity session thing. That expression? Pure gold.

It's amazing how the sky differs during a golden hour session depending on which direction you point the camera. It also changes so quickly between the start of golden hour and twilight. Oh how I love the beauty of the Florida skies and beaches! These two are pretty cute, too!

In honor of World Book Day, here’s a little throwback 📚

This senior session has always stuck with me. She worked hard, saved up, and paid for it herself and chose a bookstore as one of her locations because it was her happy place (honestly, same energy).

When we were planning, she shared that she loved a dark, moody vibe. Not my usual style —then or now—but I’m always here to bring my clients’ vision to life. And if I’m being real, stepping outside my comfort zone is where the magic and growth happens.

Looking back, I can see how much I’ve evolved but what hasn’t changed is how meaningful these moments are. So grateful Emmy trusted me to capture this chapter of her story 🤍

One month ago today, Jossie and Ronnie became husband and wife and what a beautiful day it was.

I've known these two for quite some time. I was their high school administrator and Ronnie's 7th grade teacher. So when they asked me to photograph their wedding, it wasn't just about capturing images. It was about witnessing two people I care about step into their next chapter.

The love in that room was undeniable. Their guests came ready to celebrate, to support, to witness. There were tears...lots of them. Mine included. Three times, to be exact. When I saw Jossie in her wedding gown, absolutely radiant. When they spoke their vows, so genuine and full of heart. And when Jossie danced with her mom in tribute to her Dad watching from heaven, that one got me.

This is what being a photographer means to me. I'm not just there to capture moments. I'm there in those moments with you, making sure your day flows smoothly, that every detail is preserved, that you have beautiful images, wall art, and albums to relive these feelings for years to come.

Jossie and Ronnie, thank you for letting me be part of your love story. 💚

Some seasons don’t announce themselves as “the good old days.” They just show up as busy calendars, quick hugs, and milestones you swear were far away.

Payten’s sweet 16 session was one of those reminders.
She’s a dancer from North Dakota equal parts strength and softness and her family came ready to celebrate more than just a birthday. Her mom booked my multigenerational package because they’ve had a lot of moments worth documenting lately… the kind you don’t want to leave to chance.

We captured a variety of locations, and in between the pretty portraits, the real magic showed up in the in-between:

- the way a mom looks at her girl when she’s not posing
- the laughter that happens when everyone forgets the camera is there
- the “we’re all together right now” feeling that you can’t recreate later

Because here’s the truth: you won’t miss the perfectly clean house.

You’ll miss this. The faces. The closeness. The chapter you’re living right now.
