Hello Everyone! I’m looking to hire a contract photographer for my Real Estate Media company in the Desoto County and Memphis area. Please reach out if you feel it’s a good fit…
- Non-compete agreement is required
- Photography experience is required and I will request portfolio (I can teach the specific skills, but you need to have a photographic eye)
- All equipment will be provided (except drone)
- Looking for someone who would be willing to learn not just photography, but all my services (photos, video, 3D-Tours, floor-plans, Drone, etc)
- Only needing you to take the actual pictures/video/media and upload to my Dropbox account.
- Must be comfortable using Slack and CRM/Scheduling system
- Reimbursement is based on size of house and number of services willing to learn
- Pick your own schedule, but I prefer someone who has consistent availability week-to-week so we can coordinate coverage
- Looking for someone to help year round, but the “busy“ season is March-October.
- Because the nature of the real estate market, I can’t guarantee a certain number of jobs. Some weeks will be slow, some will be crazy. Ideal candidate would be someone who would view this as an adjunct/supplemental job.
- I pride myself on insane customer service, respect to all clients and homeowners and I expect this of employees as well.
