Larry Keel Experience live at Apple Atcha C***r in Sperryville, VA performing Culpeper Woodchuck. The crew took the crowd on a super psychdelic journey with John Hallberg sitting in playing the Bones to make it extra special.

Such a beautiful place and wonderful people!

Be sure to go see John, grab a c***r, and visit upstairs to embark on an amazing tour through dulcimer history in the amazing museum he has curated.

What an amazing experience with The Machine at The Beacon Theatre Hopewell Thursday night. The musicianship, experience, and the fun this group brings is so top notch. A must see!

What an amazing time and special place at Rivanna River Company for a perfect night of music. It was a packed house for Larry Keel Duo with Winston Mitchell and with Brennan Gilmore and Andy Thacker opening the night. Thanks to everyone for coming out and we loved to see all those happy kiddos.

A super fun and unique Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion moment was the Jazz Side of the Moon set by our friends Post Bop Revival

I spent most of my time in Floydian mode, of course, and took in the amazing show, but did capture some of the magic here, along with a few video cuts to come. Such a fun set! 😍🫠🤩🥳👽🔺️🌈

There have been a lot of mentions of "special moments" since last weekend, but that is just what Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion creates year after year and hour by hour during the fest.

When Acoustic Syndicate hit the State Street stage for their Bristol Reunion, the vibe from the crowd and feels on stage is hard to describe. It was so special to witness that Syndicate magic once again! And then the desire for another song at the end by a never-give-up crowd chant was just perfect!

There were plenty of great festival moments, but watching The Del McCoury Band at Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion was one of the best. At 87, Del still goes out there and puts on an absolute masterclass. The singing, the musicianship, the stage presence and audience engagement - the best.
