Yesterday’s Henderson County Special Olympics Spring Games at East Henderson High School were such a special reminder of what community is all about.

I was honored to create senior athlete banners for Mireya, Brody, and Nicholas on behalf of the East Henderson Student Government. Banners are always meaningful, but this group was especially special to celebrate.

Congratulations to these amazing Eagles and to all of the athletes who participated. Henderson County is proud of you!
