We believe the best family photographs are the ones that let you feel something years later…the laughter, the hugs, the tiny kisses, and the love that filled the moment 🤍

Years ago, we met this sweet family through a photo session together. Before long, we realized our kids were the exact same ages, we both homeschooled, and we had so much in common. We decided to get together, and the rest is history.

Getting to celebrate their sweet boy’s first birthday while updating their family portraits made this session even more meaningful. And can we just talk about this gallery?! The Biltmore Gardens were absolutely showing off with the roses in full bloom, the golden summer light was dreamy, their outfits were perfection, and every image is filled with so much genuine love. We are completely obsessed.

It’s sessions like these that remind us why preserving this season matters. Babies don’t stay babies, siblings keep growing, and the little moments that seem ordinary today become the memories you’ll treasure most tomorrow.

Every family tree has a starting point... and this one began with these two. And what a beautiful legacy they’ve built!

One of our favorite things about extended family sessions is telling the whole story. From grandparents to each individual family, siblings, cousins, grandkids, and all the combinations in between, we create a gallery that celebrates every relationship and captures this season of your family’s story.

We celebrated with so many amazing Seniors this past year! There is something special about stepping out of one chapter and entering into another.

Congratulations to Lucas, one of our amazing Class of 2026 Seniors. We have loved getting to photograph him over the past several years. To see him not only grow, literally in height, but to continue excelling and thriving is one of our favorite things to witness! We adore the Hilliard family (and even had some of them in front of our lens just last night!)We can’t wait to continue capturing their sweetest seasons together.

Well... it’s been a while. 🤍

The past few months have been filled with one of life’s greatest blessings as welcomed our sweet baby girl in March. Since then, we’ve been soaking up every newborn snuggle, tiny stretch, first smile, and precious moment with her and our two boys, along with our fair share of sleepless nights and diaper changes. 🤍

Life feels both completely different and exactly the same all at once.

As many of you know, family has always been at the heart of why we do what we do. This season reminded us that being fully present often means letting some things take a back seat, and for us, social media was one of them.

The pressure of algorithms, posting schedules, multiple platforms, and constantly staying visible can be exhausting. So we stepped back.

While our social media went quiet, life and business certainly didn’t. We’ve continued serving our incredible clients, documenting meaningful moments, and learning life as a family of five. Through it all, we’ve been continually reminded of God’s faithfulness and the beauty of slowing down, finding a new rhythm, and embracing the moments happening right in front of us.

Will we disappear from social media forever? Not at all.

But we’re no longer interested in being chained to the pressure of keeping up online. So for now... we’re back-ish, just on our own terms. 😄

We’ll be sharing beautiful sessions we’ve been obsessing over, catching up on work we’ve never posted, and probably sharing galleries completely out of season.

And what better way to return than by sharing a few images from a season we’ll treasure forever - our own newborn sessions.

Choosing photographers for our family felt nearly impossible, but we were so blessed by these talented friends who captured our little girl so beautifully. Thank you, , , and .photo.life for giving us memories we’ll cherish forever. The images shared here are a few favorites and mix of their beautiful work along with a few we captured ourselves.

She’s here! We welcomed our sweet girl, Adalyn Grace, into the world this past Wednesday on March 18th. 6 lbs 5 oz and 19.5 inches of pure perfection. 💕

We’re finally back home and getting settled into this new life as a party of five now. To say we’re quite smitten would be an understatement. We are absolutely in awe (and our boys are too!) of our sweet Adalyn Grace. She is everything we prayed for and more…full of sugar and spice in the most perfect ways. God has been so gracious to our family, and our hearts are overflowing. Adalyn will always be our little miracle, the precious gift that made our family complete!

We will be soaking in this sweet new blessing for the next few weeks. Jeremy will be returning back to the office with normal business hours and bookings on Monday, April 6th. Karan will join back in towards the first of May, possibly with little Miss in tow on a few sessions! Bare with us as we navigate adjusting back to newborn life. Emails and response time may be delayed of course but we thank you for all the love and support!

Dreaming in shades of green today 🌿

This little taste of warmer weather has us fully in our spring feels over here.

And somehow… we realized we never shared this incredible summer proposal! One of those evenings that felt straight out of a love story - the quiet anticipation, the joyful “yes,” and the cheers from family watching from afar. Pure magic.

We loved working alongside AJ to bring every detail of his vision to life - from the careful planning to keeping the surprise perfectly under wraps. Moments like these are why proposals will always hold such a special place in our hearts.

Here’s to love, new beginnings, and the sweetest yes 💍

A little life update 🤍

Had to hop on the 2016 vs 2026 trend. Ten years and so much growth, both personal and professional.

2016 was full of dreaming, building, chasing ideas, and trusting the process. Jeremy had just started dabbling in photography with his first DSLR, with no idea the journey that hobby would spark. We were both working in our family’s business, Jeremy handling media, marketing, and project support, while I (Karan) focused on accounting and office management. Without realizing it, we were laying the groundwork for the business we’d one day build together.

2026 looks a little different, slower mornings, fuller days, and deeper meaning. Still creating. Still pursuing this dream side by side. Still photographing connection just with more intention, more gratitude, and a whole lot more life lived in between.

It’s been a quieter season here, but a busy one. The end of December and start of January brought back-to-back sickness, but we’re finally on the other side. Still here, still documenting love, family, and connection, and excited to be sharing more of what we’ve been up to lately again.

Thanks for being here, whether you’ve followed along for years or just found us. We’re grateful you’re here!
