Hiiii, it’s been awhile. Trying to play catch up! Starting with this piece, Näherin, that won honorable mention at the FOLK exhibit back in January. Juried by Brad McMullen

Näherin (Seamstress) is a tribute to my Oma, mother, and my Austrian-German roots set against the backdrop of my desert upbringing. Featuring my mother’s Bavarian dirndl, vintage German cloth, and sewing skills passed down through generations.
