• We follow a strict “No Harm” policy.
• We provide personal pick-up and delivery of your original item, avoiding possible damage by shippers.
• All restorations and/or artistic enhancements are performed digitally
using professional scanning equipment and software.
• Every digital correction is individually adjusted to bring out the best possible image from your original.
• Your original will be returned in an archival sleeve and envelope to protect it from further damage. We also provide "rescue" services for those important shots from your digital camera or smartphone that just didn't come out as you expected. We can’t guarantee it’ll be “perfect”, but in many cases we can correct that miss-shot image by adjusting the exposure, reducing graininess, or removing that annoying object you overlooked when taking the shot. to take that favorite picture and turn it into a unique piece of meaningful art for your walls.
***We are not conservators or curators and do not perform physical repairs or alterations to your original; however, we may perform light dust and dirt removal using gentle bursts of air and archival cleaning clothes designed for use with photographs and negatives.
