I had a consultation with a client today. It was wonderful.
Prior to the call she was hesitant. She had questions. And rightly so.
One of her BIGGEST concerns and questions:
"Im not a size 2, 4...6, even 8. I think of myself as a bigger woman. Do you photograph bigger women? Do you know how to pose me?"
I was so disheartened to see that message. But she isnt the only one who wonders, and I hear you. I see you.
Women come in ALL shapes. ALL sizes. Many forms. Ive been sizes 4 to 16. Ive had bra sizes 32A to 38DD. Ive had weight range within 100lbs in less than 10 years. Im no stranger to these thoughts.
Your. Size. Does. Not. Define. Your. Womanhood.

I photograph women.
I photograph women of ALL sizes and no matter the size that woman is SEEN. We all have issues, we all have something that isnt perfect. We have all been hit hard with judgement from ourselves abd peers. But in the studio we let that go.
