To my friends and clients,

Today, I’m asking for something a little different from all of you💔

Please take a moment to pray for a dear client and friend of mine who tragically and unexpectedly lost her husband this past weekend. She is now navigating an unimaginable season of grief while also trying to be strong for her two sweet little ones at home.

There are simply no words for a loss like this. The road ahead will be long, and while the initial support is so appreciated, may I ask for you to continue to lift this family up not just today, but in the weeks and months to come. They need every bit of love, grace, strength, and prayer that can surround them right now.

One of the greatest privileges of being a photographer is that my clients often become so much more than clients.. they become family. When they hurt, I hurt alongside them.

I’d also appreciate your prayers for clarity on how best to love and support her through this incredibly difficult time.

The best time to schedule your newborn session is within the first 7–10 days earthside, when babies are still extra sleepy, snuggly, and naturally curled just like they were in the womb.

These sessions are all about preserving the little details you never want to forget, like flaky toes, tiny fingers, sleepy stretches, and the overwhelming love that fills the room in those first few days together 🤍

Last night was so special. It was a couple whose wedding I captured a few years ago. Their first little babe is an angel in heaven and definitely shined their light on us.

Being able to spend time with them last night & share in this moment, was so very special💙
