o remind you of life's details worth appreciating. Many of my projects are a compilation of the things I liberate from future in landfills while making these trinkets. It may be an upcycled container or a pile of discarded scraps, giving things another chance to be a part of a person's home. History:

I made the "adult" choice to focus on a social work degree in college while taking many art classes offered at my liberal arts school. I hit the ground running as a social worker. Spent the last 15 years crushing it: Volunteer coordinator, group home staff, CMH care manager, day program administrator, and finally a tri-county community CMH director. It was an exhausting journey and I am blessed to have impacted the world in such a way. I am committed to personally advocate for people with disabilities and mental health challenges every day in my personal life as a community volunteer, wife, stepmother and artist.
