Yesterday, I had the opportunity to capture my God-grandson, Malakhi, and his Golden Eagles Flag Football team. It was so much fun watching these young athletes play the game!

The experience brought back so many great memories of watching Hunter play flag football for the Hazel Park Raiders. Seeing every child get a chance to touch the ball—whether they were racing toward the touchdown or accidentally running to the wrong end zone—was priceless. The smiles, excitement, and pure joy reminded me why youth sports are so special.

To the Golden Eagles parents, thank you for allowing me to capture these memories for your families. This past Wednesday evening, I had the opportunity to photograph the Royal Oak Leprechauns baseball team, and it was an incredible experience! The game was exciting from start to finish, and it was a lot of fun to watch.

I also had the chance to put my new 200–400mm lens to work, and I couldn't have picked a better event to test it. The reach and image quality allowed me to capture the intensity, emotion, and action on the field.

I'm looking forward to sharing some of my favorite shots from the game. Thank you to the Royal Oak Leprechauns for a great evening of baseball!

This past Friday, I had the opportunity to photograph Carlos for a professional headshot and full-body portrait session. We met at the Detroit Riverwalk, which provided a beautiful backdrop for his photos.

Carlos plans to use these images for his LinkedIn profile and other social media platforms to enhance his professional presence. I'm also looking forward to working with him and his family again for their family portrait session in October 2026.
