What a full circle moment, I was this sweet girl's first grade teacher and then this summer she asked me to take her senior portraits! While I did get to see her a few years ago when I did her older sister's senior portraits she is still 7 years old in my mind! It truly was so fun catching up with her and her momma 🌹

To keep the trend going of small world moments happening lately with me and photography. As I was chatting with Christy, the bride, while they were getting ready I learned she went to the same high school that I went to and we had some mutual friends! I love how I keep having all of these fun unknown connections with my amazing clients!

Another very small world type of moments happened a little over a month ago! One of my best friends and I went on a cruise together to the Bahamas, well fate would have it that just a few short days after the cruise I was photographing a rescheduled wedding due to some very unfortunate events. But guess who was on the same cruise as my friend and I?! None other than the couple whose wedding I was photographing! They were on the cruise with 16 others of their family and friends (that were then also at the wedding)! Their backyard wedding wasn't what they had originally planned but boy was it beautiful and filled with so much love and happiness!

I have photographed two or three weddings that Kevin has been a groomsmen in as well as where I was a bridesmaid in a different wedding where he was the best man! Talk about a small world! It was so fun to get the chance to meet their sweet son and catch up with them! Talk about a photogenic and fun family!
