📸 Two friends. Two cameras. One very full camera roll. 😂

Before Shutter & Compass was reels, reviews, road trips, restaurants, travel tips and “wait—don’t eat that yet, I need a picture!”… we were photographers.

And honestly? We still see the world that way. ✨

We notice the details. Chase the light. Document the adventure. And take approximately 847 photos when 12 probably would’ve been sufficient. 🤷‍♀️

🍦 Happy National Ice Cream Day! 🍦

After being completely tempted by the window display of fresh fudge being made, our family had to stop into Kilwins in Annapolis, Maryland—and we’re so glad we did! 😍

From hand-crafted fudge and chocolates to an incredible selection of super-premium ice cream, it’s easy to see why this place stays so busy. We sampled several flavors, but the Pralines & Cream dipped in caramel? 🤎🍨 That one has officially earned a permanent spot on our favorites list!

If you’re exploring historic downtown Annapolis, Kilwins is definitely worth the stop for a sweet treat (or two!).
