It’s that time of year! 🍂 Fall is right around the corner, y’all! 🤩 Summer has been busy in all the best ways and is not far away from coming to an end.

Since it’s my oldest daughter’s senior year, my schedule is a little more limited than usual with volleyball games. And to make things even more fun, my youngest is starting her very first volleyball season this fall too! 🤪😍

I interrupt my IG post hiatus to share this lil 15 min morning session I did documenting my daughter and her boyfriends 1 yr anniversary. 🥰 I may be biased but I adore these two so much. The sweetest part isn’t the pictures, it’s seeing the kindness, respect, and love he shows her every day. 🤍 We are so grateful.

Wow…what a beautiful blur this busy season has been. I truly can’t put into words what my clients mean to me or how deeply you’ve filled my heart this past year. I’m so grateful for every moment, every memory, and every story I’ve been trusted with. Y’all ARE more than clients to me, you are friends. I can’t wait to see all that 2026 holds.✨ I’ll be taking the rest of the year to slow down, take a breath and soak up time with my family(my hubby is a new years baby 🎉 🎂), but January will be full of snapshots and sweet throwbacks from all the memories that have been in front of my lens the last several months. I’d say things will slow down a bit and they may if the cold weather ever sets in and stays, but between mom life and a calendar that somehow decided to fill itself again starting January 5th, I’m just gonna recognize the blessing tucked right into the beautiful chaos and thank the Lord for all the amazing people and stories that will unfold in front of my lens in the new year. I love y’all, and so I’m thankful for every person that God puts in my path. Y’all are just as much a part of my story as I am capturing your stories. 🤟🏻

🌲 ’Tis the season! 🌲 & little Quinn’s 🎀 Christmas tree farm adventures truly brought a ✨ twinkle to this early morning session. I love her 💖 and her precious family!

This time of year always reminds me how grateful I am for the incredible clients who make my job truly one of a kind. My edit list might be forever long, but something shifted in me this year…something freeing.
Instead of carrying the heavy expectations I used to pile onto myself year after year, I allowed joy to lead the way. Each session to edit is a gallery of priceless memories of a life that goes by all too fast. I’ve been intentional about slowing down before each session to remind myself that this isn’t just a job, it’s a calling that God had placed on my life. Ive been soaking in the moments, and genuinely enjoying every single session in a new way. From listening to a 2 yr old animatedly describe their favorite toy, to talking dreams and plans with my soon to be graduates, to praying for and with brides and grooms as they begin their life together. I’m in it for the long haul in all the stages of life, what ever may come I hope every single person that steps in front of my lens knows, no matter the age, they have a friend in me. 🫶🏻
Your trust, your families, your stories… they’re what make this work so special. Thank you for letting me do what I love in the most meaningful way.
