Managed to get a shot off the comet C2023A3-Tsuchinshan from my driveway this evening. Thank you God for this once in a lifetime shot.

Last-minute drive out of town to get a glimpse and photo of the comet C2023A3. The first three photos are shot with my Nikon D750 and Tamaron 18-400mm with different shutter speeds and f-stops. The last two were shot with my Samsung S23 in pro mode. Had the wrong mount for my tripod on my camera so I had to hold the camera really still on my tripod.

Thank you honey for coming with me and please everyone check out her photo. She took a really great photo of the comet just with her Samsung S22 phone.

This morning at work my co-worker asked me if I saw the lunar eclipse. I said no, didn't even know that it was happening. Then I remembered that I have a welding class with me, so I got them out and we were able to watch it and I got some shots if the partial eclipse.
