Beth & Mike celebrated their anniversary this month. When I think back to their wedding, I smile. Beth put so much heart into every detail. She hosted her guests in the quaint town of new Hope, Pennsylvania. They planned for it to be a three day weekend to make time for everyone to explore the area. What stood out to me was the hospitality of the restaurant workers. It was like you were coming in to eat with friends and family. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was light. When we got up for their wedding day, there were rain clouds, but they always serve as a reminder that rain on your wedding day is known to be good luck. Beth was so calm and collected when she laid out her attire. Of course, in true Beth fashion she had an outfit for the wedding and also an outfit to wear to dinner. Beth had multiple earring options and of course shoe options. She is truly one of a kind and I am so lucky to know her. Mike was very knowledgeable about the area and I loved hearing his stories and the updates on the bridge that they were remodeling. That bridge actually borders two states and he would give exact foods to try at each restaurant. There’s something really special about their wedding being a day of just their few close friends and family. It opened the door of opportunity for me to work very closely with Beth and Mike and hear so much about their love story. There was really no hustle and bustle, no worry about the catering being late, or if the guests having something to do before dinner. It was slow-paced and thoughtful. I wish for Mike and Beth to share many more happy years together!
